BOTB

Going into battle of the brains I felt very intimadated. I was nervous abouk all of the schools participating and how our gifted class would fair. During the the process though I was feeling pretty confident. During the brainstorming process I felt very excitited because everyone was throwing out great ideas and I was wondering how we could pick just one. But in the end the idea we chose was the one I fell in love with-- TEST YOUR STRENGTH, experience the power of simple machines.

The most challenging part of BOTB for me was probably getting along with everyone. Their are 12 people in this classroom and we were all shouting out great ideas. Even when we got down into groups of 2 it was still hard to decide what to do because both of our ideas were so good. But my partner Charlie and I got along really well. I loved getting to work with him for the last month.

I am most proud of the ideas that I came up with. I had no idea my classmates and I were capable of creating what we did. All six stations of the exhibit were really good. I am not only proud of myself for this but for my classmates.

The best advice I could give to people participating in the future would be to get along with their classmates no matter how tough it is.
